KBeezy Music Submission Terms & Conditions

1. Original Music Only

By submitting a song, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the recording and composition, or that you have full legal authority from all owners, writers, producers, performers, and rights holders to submit the track.

2. Clean / Non-Explicit Content Required

Submissions must be clean and suitable for a general audience. Explicit lyrics, hate speech, sexually explicit content, violent threats, unlawful content, or content that could harm the KBeezy brand will not be accepted.

3. No Liability For Lyrics Or Content

You are solely responsible for the lyrics, statements, samples, beats, vocals, artwork, metadata, and all other materials you submit. KBeezy, the website owner, and associated parties are not responsible or liable for any claims, damages, disputes, takedowns, copyright issues, publishing issues, or legal matters connected to your submission.

4. Permission To Review And Potentially Use

By submitting music, you grant KBeezy permission to review the track and, if selected, contact you about possible use in the KBeezy .LifeStyle Game, website, social content, promotional material, or related brand experiences. Final use may require additional written approval or agreement.

5. No Guaranteed Payment Or Placement

Submitting a song does not guarantee that the song will be used, promoted, monetized, credited, or paid. Any future payment, royalty, credit, or promotional arrangement must be agreed to separately in writing.

6. No Unauthorized Samples Or Stolen Work

You agree not to submit music containing uncleared samples, stolen beats, copyrighted material you do not control, unauthorized vocals, or any third-party content that could create a legal claim.

7. Right To Reject Or Remove

KBeezy may reject, remove, ignore, or stop using any submitted song at any time for any reason, including quality, brand fit, explicit content, legal concerns, or rights concerns.

8. Agreement

By checking the submission box and sending your track, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms.
